Cliff created Phoenix 2 Egypt to blend the comforts of good ol’ family cuisine. You know the kind that reminds you of that time when your Aunt, Uncle, Grandma, Mom, Dad or Granddad cooked that special meal just for you. Well that what this guy does.

Not only does your stomach smile with every bite, you remember what food is suppose to be…good. It all started a years back when young Cliff was helping out on the grill at a family gathering. A few dashes of this, a slather of that and that’s all she wrote.Fast forward to multiple get togethers later and well, let’s just say food didn’t get off the grill fast enough.

Last, his biggest achievements have been helping to feed the homeless in his hometown of Detroit, with the help of his Church. This has been a dream come true for he and his family. He can’t wait to share this joy of food – Here, there and in between – with you.
